Thanks Timothy, still waiting for …

  1. a gain/loss schedule in Canadian dollars (you have US transactions so I need the CDN values from Questrade)
  2. Foreign property report at Book Value & Market Value in CDN dollars from Questrade
  3. For T2200 and Tp-64.3 for your expenses
  4. Medical expenses – I need copies of all receipts … I can use the insurance claims but if the CRA asks for back-up I will defer to you to get it to them.
  5. Missing donations?
  6. Tremblant – Please confirm that the tax bills are under your personal names. If you do not receive the tax bills – you will have to call the management company and find out whose name is on the land registry. This is VERY IMPORTANT! New rules re owning residential properties.

Hi Kathy,

Here are the remaining docs from Questrade.

Forget the Volvo, it's my wifes car which is more expensive than mine so I figured I would switch it up. They're both in my name. But it's too much trouble. Just stick with the Audi.

Audi Registration: $419.64
Maintenance: $364.25
I bought an extended warranty, does this count? Total: $4361.00
Insurance: 1232$ + 9% of tax

I don't have all those medical expense receipts unfortunately. What I sent you is what's visible in my RBC insurance profile. Is an export from them sufficient?

As for the Tremblant statement, I believe my father is providing you with everything. Keep in mind that I am a 1/3rd owner.

Thank you!
Tim.

Hi Timothy,

So it is way too soon to do your taxes as you are still waiting for T3s from Questrade. Also, I will need

  2. Foreign property report at Book Value & Market Value in CDN dollars from Questrade
  3. For T2200 and Tp-64.3 for your expenses
  4. You got a new car:

     * Copy of lease or purchase agreement
     * Proof of sale of old car (if it is a trade-in on the new car, I should have all info on the lease or purchase document)
     * R&M – need to separate by car
     * Insurance – need to separate by car

  1. Medical expenses – I need copies of all receipts
  2. Missing donations?
  3. Tremblant Statement? – Please confirm that the tax bills are under your personal names. If you do not receive the tax bills – you will have to call the management company and find out whose name is on the land registry. This is VERY IMPORTANT! New rules re owning residential properties.
