As for the cancellation policy on your contract which dates back to 2016, it states that it is a 24 hour policy. That is my mistake seeing as our new residence contracts require a 48 hour notice. Please take into consideration the efforts made to staff these overnight shifts and please let us know how you would like to proceed regarding the shifts tomorrow and Saturday.
