We have 6 caregivers who are now on her Primary care Team. We received some feedback about Vishwa, a Caregiver who was not a good fit on Dec 31st and Jan 2, and based on the feedback from Sheri, we have removed her for safety reasons. Marilyn LOVES Cathy, Nancy and Perlita. Mailyn has requested them to cover the majority of the shifts. The three of them picked up all they could and we have introduced 3 other caregivers to rotate through this 24/7 case and so far there have been no more hiccups. We have only Sunday Day shifts open as those were Vishwas shifts and we are looking at the current care team to fill these rather than bringing in someone new to minimize the amount of people that are rotating through her home. Care Team is: Cathy Perlita Nancy Adriana Eve Florence The Client and Social worker are very happy with the care they are getting and have nothing but good things to say about our caregivers that are going in there now. Adriana, Eve and Florence are new and Poulami is going to follow up tomorrow as all three of those caregivers have their first shift with Marilyn today.
