Business hours could have changed even prior to Mat leave. We have to offer her previous role back or something similar / of equal value - a regional intake role with the same responsibilities and 10-6 would still fall under that. If she pushes back I would just be mindful of that as if it were to be viewed as an attempt to prevent her from returning or to quit, that's where this could become constructive dismissal.
