Dear Team,
As you know, we recently rolled out the process to begin entering *consults*
into Salesforce. After reviewing the rollout and identifying areas where we
can strengthen reporting and workflow, we’ve decided to temporarily pull
back this change.
For now, the LHA's (RIM's) will move back to our original process and only
send *assessments *through to the field. Although consults will not need to
be entered, if an LHA (RIM) feels a consult is necessary to move forward
with progress on an opportunity, they will work with the local team for
scheduling.
Our team is updating the process to ensure consults are captured in a way
that better supports our operational and reporting needs. We plan to
relaunch this updated workflow in *early to mid-September*, with clear
instructions and supporting materials shared in advance.
Thank you for your flexibility as we refine this process. These
improvements will set us up for stronger consistency and smoother
operations going forward.
