I have placed the LTC & Benefit Details

a Google Drive to make them easier to view.



I would like to remind you of the recent enhancements we implemented. We
removed the authorization requirement from Clear Care when you filter the
spreadsheet by LTC Status. Any entry labeled as AOB indicates that the
authorization can be found in NetSuite. AOB - CC: Indicates a manual AOB or
that it is still in Clear Care.

Please pay special attention to columns L, M, and N, which contain the
client’s Benefit Amount, Hours, and Percent. These values correspond with
column K, the Benefit Frequency. If a client holds a multi-layer policy,
you will see additional details in columns O, P, and Q, which indicate the
policy cap.

For example, Client Robert Mease has a Daily Benefit Amount of $254.80,
totaling up to $7,527 per month.
