However, overall, our revenue remains flat because the RIM team hasn't booked any new assessments. Pipeline: The volume at the top of our funnel is consistently low, with only seven new leads. We anticipate that two opportunities will move to SOC in August, thanks to CDHC funding. Caregivers: We are currently utilizing 75% of our caregivers, but our funnel for new applicants (both in terms of quality and quantity) is low. I've already discussed this with our recruitment team and requested that new ads be posted as soon as possible.
