I just spoke with Dennis Fancy about this and it seems like he was looking to dial out with the actual office numbers reflecting as his Outbound Caller ID, so beyond just the local area codes. I have sent a question to our Telecom Manager to see if this is possible and waiting to hear back. Is this similar to what you will want for Robin or do you just need Robin to have local area codes and the Outbound Caller ID doesn't matter as much if it belongs to the office number or not?
