As discussed, attached is the general business licence application form for the City of Victoria. You will need to tick the box for =E2=80=98out of town=E2=80=99 as you do not maintain a = premise here in Victoria. Greater Victoria consists of 13 different Jaclyn was designated as administrator so obtaining a general non-resident licence through our office will allow you to operate in our municipal jurisdiction (downtown core). The fee for this is $100 annually. Or, you can apply for an inter-community licence through us as an out of town business (be sure to tick =E2=80=98inter-community=E2=80=99 in additio= n to =E2=80=98out of town=E2=80=99 on the attached form). The fee is $170 annually and allows y= ou to operate in the communities listed below, with the one licence. Most, but not all, municipalities within Greater Victoria are on the list: If you plan to operate in any additional municipalities that are not listed above, you would need to reach out to their office(s) separately to inquire about obtaining a separate business licence.
