To Division and Sales Leaders,

Attached for your review, please find monthly 2023 T&E spend and
estimated mileage from January through July as reported in Concur. Since
the data comes from the Concur system, it may differ from what is actually
recorded on the P&L due to timing and/or accrual and reclassification
journal entries.

*T&E Report*
Total July T&E expenses were 45.9% higher than June, with all divisions
experiencing an increase. However, the Company's July expenses were lower
than all other months this year.  See below for the percentage increase
over June for each division:

Northeast 65.2%
Southeast 58.6%
West 40.4%
GCM 28.4%
Partnership Businesses 69.7%
Corporate 40.2%

(There is a separate tab for each division which details the expense types
for each employee by region.)

*Mileage Report *
Total July mileage was down 2.0% from June, with all divisions experiencing
declines except Northeast (4.6% increase) and West (4.9% increase)

   - The report only shows non-client-reimbursed mileage, since we receive
   an offset in revenue for client reimbursed mileage. Let me know if you
   would also like to see client reimbursed mileage.
   - Mileage is estimated based on the dollar amount reimbursed at 65.5
   cents per mile.
