We will continue to host the Open Office hours every Thursday so I look forward to seeing some of you again next week. Here are some of the questions we answered today in case you were not able to join: *Q: After following the instructions to turn on the integration there is a green bar at the top of Salesforce that tells me that Salesforce is working in the background to turn on the integration. The bar also asks if I want to update my sharing settings. Should I update my sharing settings? * - *A: Yes, please update your sharing settings to public/viewed by everyone * *Q: When I save past or future meetings in Salesforce that have a tagged contact, will Salesforce send that contact an email, calendar invite, or any notification at all? * - *A: No. Referral Contacts will not receive any notifications if they are tagged in meetings within Salesforce. Only when you manually add the= m to the Google calendar invitation within Gmail will they receive a notification regarding the meeting.* *Q: I'm following the instructions to turn on the integration but I do not see the "Connected Accounts" section in my settings?* - *A: The Salesforce team can fix this for you - please feel free to let Julia Jenkins know if this is happening. * Please let me know if you have any questions!
