Zenny is Pehr's livein aide /housekeeper that is not with HCA. Dolly (Vandnaben) is our aide who covered a few shifts last week and this week as Nida their regular aide is away. Unfortunately, Lee did not advise us that she did not want her to return until Sunday and Dolly was scheduled on Sunday making it extremely difficult to replace her. I'll work on covering the rest of the outstanding days. Best, Tyler On Mon, Jan 9, 2023 at 9:02 AM Timothy Thomas wrote: > Hi guys, > > Do you know what caregiver he's referring to?
