Custom Holidays do not automatically update - this requires adding a new custom holiday for ClearCare to calculate OT 2. System Holidays do update automatically 3. Some system Holidays are set to regular and have a custom holiday as well - we can use system holiday so no manually update is needed 4. There are a few discrepancies from the sheet shared to what is in ClearCare Let me know if a call could help here to review together. Thank you.
