Phyllis fell about a year and a half ago and broke her tailbone. She went to rehab for approximately a month and when she was there, they noticed that she was having heart problems as well and had a pacemaker installed. Otto has been taking care of her 100% and is just looking for some additional help mainly for bathing weekly. They make approx. $3,300/mo. combined.
