If not, can Sandra get my mother to pick some up when they go shopping and have one a day? Can Sandra please specifically follow up on my mother's eating at breakfast and lunch and let us know? Does my mother have a bottle so that she can measure how much water she drinks in a day? The idea is to fill a 1 litre bottle every morning and ensure that she drinks it all during the course of a day... At the very start of this assignment I mentioned that I was hoping a home assistant would be able to get my mother back on her feet. This has not happened and as my mother grew weaker, she fell more often and has continued her downward spiral. Is Sandra ensuring that my mother does the exercises prescribed by doctor Vu Minh? If not, can she please do so. In my experience there is no exercise as effective as a squat. Can Sandra assist and encourage my mother to do squats? Presumably she will have difficulty doing even 1 good one to start out wiith, but if Sandra works on this with my mother every time they are together they could set a goal of being able to do 10 unassisted squats by New Year's Eve...
