Erika Holtman, our esteemed HR Manager, has been presented with a wonderful opportunity to further her long-term career goals within our organization. Effective Monday, February 3rd, she will be transitioning to the Learning & Development team. While we're sad to see Erika leave her current role, we're thrilled to support her in this exciting new chapter and are incredibly grateful for the outstanding support she has provided to each of you. With Erika's transition, I'm also pleased to announce two new additions to our HR team: - Kathryn Nester will be joining us as the HR Generalist for the U.S. Eastern Region and Canada. - Chantal-Marie Grinstead will be leaving the HR Service Center and joining us as the HR Generalist for the U.S. Western Region. Both Kathryn and Chantal bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles, and I'm confident they will be invaluable assets to our team. To ensure clarity and streamline our support structure, I'd like to share the updated organization of our HR business support group: - Andrea Goble will be stepping into a senior role where she will provide dedicated support to the finance team, RDOs and RDBDs, while also partnering with Jazman Ramos (Sr. HR Manager) to enhance the overall employee relations experience. This expanded role reflects Andrea's exceptional contributions and her commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Jazman Ramos brings over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong focus on patient care enhancement, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Jazman previously held a position in operations and employee relations at TheKey, and brings a wealth of experience to our HR team. Jazman will officially start Monday, January 27th however the remaining changes will officially take effect on Monday, February 3rd. However, Andrea and Erika will begin scheduling introductions to the new team members as early as next week to ensure a smooth transition.
