Today we are launching our Q2 Client Winback Campaign that will
re-engage deactivated Tier 1 and 2 Clients from the past 2 years. This
Campaign supports the growth of site billable hours and will recognize Team
Members who excel in winning back Clients!
Client Winback will have 3 rounds that will run 4/7 - 5/30
- Round 1: 4/7-4/18 Outreach to Tier 1 Clients deactivated in 2024
through March 2025
- Round 2: 4/21-5/2 Outreach to Tier 1 Clients deactivated in 2023
- Round 3: 5/5-5/30 Outreach to Tier 2 Clients deactivated in 2024
through March 2025

You will find all of the details here along with talking points for these
conversations and earning potential for winbacks. The CSM assigned to the
deactivated client should be the team member who reaches out. If CSM is not
available, GM should assign to another team member to complete.

You will find your Region within this folder and each Region is broken out
by site. Your tracker currently only contains ROUND !. Clients listed for
your site are the clients who will need to be contacted between now and
April 18th. Please be sure to document your activities in this workbook so
that everyone receives proper credit and recognition.
