Currently I am working with Madam Lanteri Residence Centre D'hebergement des Seigneures, 1800 st Jacques Room 430, 4th floor Montreal QC, H3J 2R5 ( mon to friday ). I would like to share one of my concern that I never had face before , as per client requirement Madam Melisa C asked me to go to the work on 25th December, 2023 at 11.30 am or 12 noo. as I requested her , if she could ask the evening staff to start early so I could have a full day off so I could plan to go somewhere for 3 days but Madam Melisa dint understood my request and we had an argument. Finally , to skip the stress I agreed to go to the work only for 3 to 4 hours . But on 24 th December 2023 at around 10.30pm. I received an update that my shifts for 25th and 26th December has been canceled as family will bring the client back to residence on 26th Dec 2023 after 3pm. I am so happy that Madam Lanteri will be with her family after so long . But as Madam Melisa C told me very rudly that if I need off I need to inform atleast 2 weeks before that I know already as in last years I never took unnecessary urgent off I took that only when I was admitted in the hospital. Finally, I would like to ask you or this is my humble request that I could not celebrated my 2 days off I canceled my plan to go outside the montreal as Madam Melisa C wanted me to go the work for a few hours and suddenly they canceled my shifts for 2 days is Homecare assistance is going to pay me because there was not my fault. This was my first Christmas with my husband as we are together after 7 years and everything got meshed up and finally I lost the celebration plus 2 days pay . I really don't mind 2 days of but could I get my 2 days back just for the shake of 3 to 4 hours adjustment I could not understand how to explain myself but I know that you will get to get me . I will wait for the kind reply .
