Hi Enoch,

Hope you've been well. Tim and I wanted to see if you had a colleague that
is an expert in negotiating with the Quebec OQLF.

Historically we've been using a non-attorney consultant, but to date it's
been a long and drawn-out process and perhaps an attorney would help.

If you have a referral, could you let us know what the hourly rates are for
us to evaluate/consider?
