Please see the below summary by division for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of the over $20K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months in June 2024 - Aug 2024 who account for over $9k of these open balances. The deadline for September commissions is Friday October 11th, please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and Jeannie Ortiz with any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	East Division currently has the largest open balance at over $10k in total with over $8k open for clients with start dates in June 2024 – Aug 2024 and currently has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 9.
*	Canada Division currently has the second largest open balance at over $7k in total with over $300.00 open for clients with start dates in June 2024 - Aug 2024 
*	West Division currently has the largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 11.

 

 

Approx $20k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $9k open balance for clients with start dates in June 2024 - Aug 2024.

 



 

 

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a Google Sheet/Calculator.
