The first is that last January was anomalously high. On the English site, there were over 50% more contact forms submitted in Jan 2019 than Jan 2018. The second thing is that the drop appears to be seasonal. There is only a slight difference in form completions in February 2019 vs February 2018. Already our conversion rates have picked up over February's. And lastly, as mentioned you in the Summary Notes, we disabled the Call extensions on some campaigns. This has reduced the number of calls overall, and a drop in total number of conversions is to be expected. That said, we will continue to monitor the conversion rates, and see what can be done. In regards to changes to your backend, your site speed is still excellent at 2 seconds according to the speed tests I've run. I also tried loading it on my mobile phone (new phone, never loaded the site before), and loading over WiFi was basically instantaneous. Loading over the mobile network took under two seconds. So I do not believe speed is an issue. Have you made any changes to page URLs? That may interfere with some goal reporting.
