I show that Sumira S handles = invoicing for this location. Are invoices emailed out of clear care and = manually mailed from the local office? Do we know what net terms they = are on and who is processing payments (QB, PAD etc)?  ​ If they are getting invoices mailed and we are processing payments NET = 2, they will never receive the invoice by mail before we process = payment.
