Yes we need to keep the margins which currently are pretty healthy at 48 %
( The Loving Home Care additions brought the margin down) but jumping to
$40.00 could be challenging. I do think a range where it depends on
complexity, number of hours ,location etc makes sense and moving it to 38
-42 would be an easier sell.
