Yes this is our official receipt in which we send to all of our clients
requesting statements. This should suffice for tax purposes as it has all
information needed. If the accountant requires any backup, for CRA, they
ask for specific invoices as they have a more detailed description.
Also I just checked our outlook mailbox and it looks like all invoices are
getting sent to you on a weekly basis. I know you brought up an issue where
invoices are getting to you, can you check your junk mail please?
Further more the issue in regards to the additional charge, this was an
accident on our end because we have a new client who has an identical name
as Roni Hirsh , the payments were added to one account. Rest assured this
will not happen again as I have informed the team to ensure every week to
separate the charges.We have a credit on your account due to the
overcharge, we will not charge until that credit is taken up.
