 Hey Tim,  Thank you for looping me in, clients payment information provided at the start of care via their Payment authorization form has invalid account number information. We've tried to validate the information with Heidi while she was traveling to portugal but could not get her to provide us the correct information.   She did get in contact with Diane and our help desk received the below which we updated and payments also failed as Invalid account number. 
   
 " She just called me back and provided these numbers: Routing Number 071000013, Account Number 454486. However, that is not long enough.  Please try account number 4544861908 or 4544861907, which is the number provided previously without the preceding zeros.   Ms. Patzik has stated she is no longer receptive to calls or emails regarding this situation, as she feels we should be able to figure it out."  
   
 Attaching a copy of the clients account statement as all invoices since the start of care are open and due for payment/ | Please let me know if you need any additional information.
