I am still here to help with all!* *1. Westoby *- Only Thandy, repl not wanted. Lives at Maimonides, ++ care management but minimal scheduling. Only issue if Thandy leaves, finding right match - client aggressive & cog 0 - must be willing to do video call via WhatsApp c her niece during shift - Thandy has been reliable & do not see her leaving anytime soon. Pamela always told if Thandy cannot go in, a call is better & ask (even though you already know) if she wants repl. This makes her feel like we care (we do) and are willing to find repl if needed. Pamela very stressed and overwhelmed ++ Aunt not being treated well by Maimonides, she relies on us. *2. Turley* - Very minimal turn over, ++ care management but scheduling is rarely an issue, if there is we try to stay with team or ones who have been there - caregivers that know her are added to cg preferences in cc. We are even willing to beg & pay cg OT at no chg to client if they go over. Complex case medically so this is necessary & very important client/family! *3. Tarantino (relatively new, father in law c company in past) *- Suzana working well, they would not want a repl if she cannot go for one shift - only issue is if she needs to come off , finding right match due to daughter c mental illness - always offer diff day if cg cant go for one shift and is able to go another, to not loose hrs. *4. Spangl:* Live in Priscilla. Only changes is if son in town & on holiday they do not take care. If son in town VERY important to let Dom know so she can call Eva, she has been conv & paid to pay Priscilla in past for us to keep hrs and her to get paid so they don't loose her *5. Samel:* Only Jeanie Jimenez Fri & Sat nights. if Jeanie has to start late (happened only once) let Sonya know and private usually stays. If ever there is a repl needed for Jeanie, ask first if want. MUST let Dom know if yes ++ medical/catheter info, training has to be organized with private for 1hr before shifts starts. Dont think Jeanie has asked for time off at all yet. They may need extra shifts here & there, holidays or when private away. This is important & has to be reviewed c Dom re who goes. *6. Olarte:* Just rtrnd for 75hrs only- but decided to stay c us! this is cheque emploi as of this wk. Mary Jane only cg there. Ermie may send email re appts and then Mary Jane would meet then there, or cxl etc. not a lot to do at all. Dom will handle billing and payroll *7.
