We did an overpayment to Oct bill 1D52D0 (image 1)- we paid $9562.53 instead of $5591 so we have a credit of: -$3971.53 (this invoice was paid Nov 1st via wire) We did a payment for Nov bill 4FF542 $5295.93 (paid on dec 1st via transfer)- Please see attached verification from our bank Dec bill 5E9991 amount $3774.30 - we used the overpayment credit in Oct to offset the Dec bill. 3774.30-3971.53= 197.23 (still have this credit left) We still have a credit of 197.23 , so we credit the Jan bill E416B3.
