Good Morning Tim, I hope you had a great week in Vancouver.=20 I have had two more work related incidents this weekend with Dennis which I n= eed to bring to your attention.=20 The first occurred Friday evening. Dennis began texting me about whether or n= ot he would receive his Q1 bonus on his May 15 pay. He became very agitated w= hen I suggested he speak to you about this as I haven't gotten any confirmat= ion on what amount to pay out in this regard. He told me that it's my job, a= ccused me of lying and said that "I assure you it's in your best interest" t= o explain. The texting went on for a period of time, mostly received in a lo= ng string of unreplied to text messages while I was having dinner.=20 The second incident was Saturday evening. There was an incident related to o= n-call. Brian was on-call. Dennis began texting me about this issue aggressi= vely, using profanity. He then proceeded to tell me "Brian is looking for an= other job" and calling me a "shitty boss". This didn't make sense to me sin= ce Brian and I have a good relationship and I provide him the support he nee= ds. The only concerns he mentioned recently was that he was afraid I would l= eave due to my relationship with Dennis and then he would also have to leave= because Dennis dismisses his concerns and requests for help.=20 Following these texts, I immediately called Brian. The on-call situation was= under control and I mentioned that Dennis told me that he was looking for a= nother position. Brian assured me he likes his job and had never looked for a= nother position since starting with us, which I do believe. He was upset and= confused to hear what Dennis said about his potential departure. He proceed= ed to tell me that Dennis had been slandering me to the team in my absence.=20= As I have said previously, I have remained professional towards Dennis at wo= rk. I do not discuss our issues with the team, nor do I speak disparagingly o= f him to the team, no matter what.
