Two changes in Oct: 1) Caregiver Wages - CG wages were allocated to the Sites based on where the CG is allocating her/his time. In the past this was done based on the CG home cost center. This new change should make Site margins more accurate by aligning Billed Hours with Paid Hours. 2) Personnel Allocations - In October we started allocating Leadership across all the Sites they manage/support and also, using your feedback, we allocated other individuals that support the Regions. Our goal is to have Compensation expenses better aligned by Site. This is the first month we do this so please let me know if you notice something out of the ordinary. Additionally, unfortunately *Dilly* is no longer with TheKey and please help me welcome *Hesham*, who just joined the FP&A team. He is in the process of getting up to speed and you will start seeing emails from him.
