You have all the information, including details on every single charge --which not all invoices have, every invoice and their tax form. There is no reason why this shouldn't be taken care of immediately. I am available to approve a wire if that's what is required to have the transaction occur today, but please set up and initiate the payment now. And yes, please set up a meeting with your manager to have a clear understanding of actions to take when we're at risk of losing business due to a service disruption. If we cannot pay a bill because we cannot rely upon the underlying details adding up to the total bill, past due or not, we clearly need to modify/expand our policies.
