It looks like the post card didn't make it to you yet again.

As an alternative to phone or postcard, Google would allow you to request
video verification as an alternative to phone verification. You can do this
by reaching out to Google directly through this link
<https://support.google.com/business/gethelp?issue_description=video+verification>.
Google will then email you with the next steps and help you through this
process. I also found this article

that
goes through in detail what video verification entails.
