Hi Tim:

The Shaw payment service was down for a bit, but I was just able to get
through to their phone support team and they gave me a different method to
submit the payment. The support person I spoke with advised the internet
service should be restored within the next 10 minutes. I'm monitoring the
portal to see when they update our account.
