I also don't believe they currently have iCIMS access. In NYNJPA, Ambassadors retrieve documents from iCIMS, but that's a change I had to push for and is not considered typical. In most territories the recruiters download documents and either send to the Ambassadors for sorting and upload into Clearcare, or upload the documents themselves. If one of the recruiters is on vacation, ideally I would plug another recruiter in to assist in covering their territory. I can run a training session for the Ambassadors as it will likely be quite brief, just need to carve some time out to do it. Can you give me a list of all the Ambassadors who'd be necessary to include? Thank you!
