Please be advised that since there are only a few months left in your
firm's lease, and as you are exploring other options, this firm will
actively start marketing your space 'For Lease'.
A 'For Lease' sign will be going up, and ads will be placed.  Needless to
say, your staff will be notified 24 hours before any showings.

FYI, if one of your options is to move to a second floor, smaller premises,
this firm has a 572 sq. ft. office coming available at the same time as
your lease expires.  It has window exposure onto Marine Dr. and is divided
into a reception area and 2 offices. (See attached)
