If the bank account is linked to Quickbooks, can you send a transaction report to Lisa and Cynthia? On Quickbooks Online, we have a bank register report we can run. Not sure if the desktop version has something similar. If not, maybe a GL detail transaction report may suffice. You can decide on the best day to send. Let me know your thoughts.
