From the AR side, I can't remember if they accept e transfer from the client. @Sandra Daoust Sandra, do you remember what they said from our meeting? In addition, in the Canadian banks, a lot of the vendors and most government entities are already set up, and when we go pay them we choose them from a drop down box and put in a reference/customer number, and then just pay it via e transfer. An example for a vendor would be BDO Canada LLP (which we use very often for accounting and tax services). An example for a government entity would be any provincial WCB (the provincial WCB doesn't provide banking info, you pay them directly from your bank account because they are already in the vendor list). Another potential issue is for paying federal and provincial tax (corporate, payroll and GST/HST sales tax). Those often have monthly instalment (corporate) and quarterly filing/payment (GST/HST) requirements, The Canadian banks all have a tax filing service (please see below screenshot for an example from RBC). This is pretty much the only way we can pay any type of tax nowadays (or you can request a paper remittance from CRA/provincial ministry of finance and go to a bank location to pay). I can't remember if JPM confirmed that their online portal has this function. During my last job, we worked with an European bank (Nordea) and they assured us that they could do that, but what ended up happening was we had to set up an account with their Canadian partner bank (in that case, it was RBC), and then log into a separate RBC portal when we need to make tax payments. [image: image.png] For the backup Visa or mastercard that Tim mentioned, will they be set up under JPM? If so, are they included under the same banking portal?
