To your point about the 'obvious' issues sometimes leading to the issues,
take a look at the first attachment--imagine this being presented either at
assessment or as a digital form a more tech savvy family member can
complete between intake and assessment or before SOC or the CSM can
complete (optionality). Also then that second --both family facing
