I am not sure this will answer the question in 3.14 (3.14 Démontrer que Homecare valide la capacité des employés à lire, écrire et parler français - Voir Point 2.4), given that the only question is language. Can we put a paragraph about asking what languages are spoken at interview and then testing the French orally during the interview? Thoughts?
