I believe Debra Davis, DON for NJ also has a credit card since she used to oversee the Princeton office. I do not approve or see the HCL expenses, just the GMs. For the most part, the costs are related to general office needs such as postage, water delivery, some are paying for Staples. Some pay office related bills such as internet, utilities, state required criminal background checks(NY & PA), etc. Some also use for Uber for CGs. I will need to get a list from each person on the recurring charges they have.
