Meanwhile, attached is a spreadsheet I compiled incorporating what I believe to be all billing and payments to date. The sum that should have been withdrawn today is $12,564.99, reflecting invoices nos 47799 and 47908 (12,190.78), plus our balance to you for invoice no. 47698 ($374.21). I have not accounted for the NSF fee to be repaid as per our previous agreement, of $45. The over-withdrawal today has resulted in another NSF fee, so the total owing on our account is $12,474.99 (with $90 subtracted). There are sufficient funds in the account to withdraw this amount. Kindly review the attached document, and if I have committed any error in compiling it, apologies in advance. Presumably, this is being sorted, though. On a more serious note, I see that Home Care has withdrawn more than $19,000 from the RBC account with which we had set up an EFT, overdrawing the account. To my knowledge, the EFT only permits up to a certain amount to be withdrawn, so I am trying to find out from the bank if this is an error at their end, but I would be grateful if you could confirm whether or not these funds have actually been withdrawn.
