Shawntel's current comp is $70K, she received a 4.4% increase in August 2022. Average salary for client success managers in Canada is $65K. Tim - are there any other client success mangers on the team that are nurses? Since she is a nurse (LPN), we can likely go slightly higher than the max of the range.
