Your responsibilities will remain the same for all other clients or potential clients outside of The Forum. Such as completing assessments, following SLA for all T1 & T2 clients, making sure notes are in within 48 hours of a visit, and making sure care plans are complete and available before the SOC. I am also here to assist where needed. I can jump in to do an assessment, or complete a care plan if you are double booked, just let me know.
