What I can share is that if you login to BambooHR you can search a person's name and you will see what department or role they work for. I am logged into that most of the day as there are a number of people who are new to the company and often I need to learn their role. We are working on a directory for the help desks but as of now we do not have one. The discussion on the freshdesk section of TheKey Workplace yesterday was helpful in terms of anything IT related as they have set up a system for that through our company workplace. That's the best option I have for you at this point in time.
