Data we already have on hand: Current effective Bill Rates in your markets Current effective Pay Rates in your markets without OT for hourly Current effective Pay Rates in your markets with OT for hourly Current Rate of OT in your markets for hourly What we need your input on: Current hiring rates for caregivers in your markets Current live-in pay rates for caregivers in your markets as well as the market specific policies (e.g. hours worked per day and OT) Geographies within your market (hard to access) that would automatically qualify as complex care Data that will be available later prior to our finalizing our rate cards: Competitive Shopping results in your market The goal of the first rate card discussion is to ensure that you understand the rate card options, policies, and link to pay rate strategies, and to select with a 75% degree of confidence what rate cards would apply to which of your markets (each region may have multiple markets). Following this coming week's meetings, the goal is to finalize on our initial rate cards by Tuesday the 28th, with additional extensions for markets available as necessary, looking forward to a potential implementation date of 4/10.
