This covers all = visitors including, family members, private attendants and natural = caregivers. It goes without saying that this will have a devastating = impact on our business where close to half our revenue is generated. To make matters worse, its impacting our sizeable staffing business = since residences in the next breath are asking the private caregivers if = they want to work directly for them at our expense. Not to mention the = challenge of holding on to clients generally, who cancel out of fear of = visitors or because family members are laid off and available to help. As an HCA franchisee, the Covid-19 pandemic is posing the most = significant threat to our business survival we=E2=80=99ve ever faced in = thirteen years. With that in mind, we are asking HCA to consider some = form of royalty relief for the duration that this crisis continues. We = are doing all that we can to streamline our operation in order to see us = through this difficult period. A temporary reduction in royalty = payments would go a long way to ensuring our long term partnership = continues and remains financially rewarding for us both. I look forward to your reply.=20 =20 Tim Thomas Home Care Assistance (Montr=C3=A9al) 4464 Ste.
