She mentioned that the door lock was not a Kaba, but a different type. The type installed, BILT by Yale, requires us to download an app to create door codes for our guests. To have access to your unit's door lock, I would need you to send me an invitation to download said app. She also mentioned that there was a key left at the property. Before doing anything, we wanted to clarify what this key is used for ? (see image attached below). And lastly, I would need the lock box code for the lock box in the parking garage.
