Below you will find a timeline with due dates to help you prepare for your Q3 SAP's to be live by 7/1! Please review the timeline below and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. I will be sending due date reminders on the calendar as well. ___________________________________________________ *Timeline and Due Dates of SAP* *Thursday 6/6 - Monday 6/17:* HCLs and Sales Leaders to have stand alone meetings to align on your Q3 Top 20 accounts and advancing strategies for each account through Monday 6/17. Start creating your Q3 SAP's in Salesforce after attending your 1:1 meeting. RDBDs will send out the calendar invites and GMs and RDOs will be invited as optional. *Monday 6/10 - Monday 6/24:* HCLs to complete SAP Detail entry for each of their 20 accounts. *Use the "Submit for Approval" button* to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review. *DUE DATE: Monday 6/24:* *HCLs to submit Q3 SAP's for approval by EOD. **Use the "Submit for Approval" button* to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review. *Monday 6/24 - Monday 7/1:* Sales Leaders to review SAP submissions and work through any adjustments needed with their HCLs. *DUE DATE: Monday 7/1:* *Sales Leaders to approve all Q3 SAP's by EOD.* *Important Reminder: *Once you've saved your SAP - you still have to Submit it to your manager for their review/approval. Once an SAP is saved, you use the top right dropdown and hit *"Submit for Approval"* for each of the 20 SAP's. The benefit to documenting these is that we will now have visibility on them throughout Q3 on the* HCL Activity Dashboard *in Salesforce starting in July.
