We've been increasing hours coupled with low new caregiver hires. Ali and team are doing a great job getting new and existing clients staffed but we are at max capacity and burning through some higher than average OT. Brad, in the past your dept held a weekly recruiting call. Would you be willing to set that up again to ensure we are making progress every week in our recruiting efforts? We would need to have me, Ali and Steve Sudberry on the call.
