If I remember correctly, she was more of a lead CG that would fill last minute call outs or hard to staff shifts while working to help in the office if needed. I told him I was fine with having someone as long as he felt his margin could support it when she was needed in the office. Maybe this isn't the person although I am pretty sure it is.
