Lluvia Pinela Quinones - not qualified her last merit increase was 2/24/2025 Michelle Lemus - last increase 9/16/2024 - Would like to give a* 5% increase. * 1. Staffed all clients while we were hiring new CGMs 2. Has taken on role as Lead Staffing Manager, assisting with coaching and supporting Karen and Rasheedah 3. Does second interviews with caregiver applicants 4. Has good management skills when speaking with caregivers. 5. Visits clients and caregivers, when time allows 6. Dedicated and loyal to office, clients and caregivers Rasheedah Moore - hired 11/4/2025 - Would like to give *2% increase* 1. Becoming independent in staffing her clients 2. Works well with CSMs 3. Works well with Lydia 4. Has started doing second interviews with caregiver applicants Karen Ortega - hired 11/4/2025 - Would like to give a* 2% increase* 1. Becoming independent in staffing her clients 2. Works well with CSMs 3. Works well with Lydia 4. Has started doing second interviews with caregiver applicants Lydia Jackson - last increase 7/29/2024 - Would like to give a *5% increase* Lydia is lowest paid in office and has tenure over Karen and Rasheedah. But, her request to not be On-Call is the reason her rate is lower. 1. Does all orientations and training of caregivers 2. Manages documentation of caregivers. 3. Does Annual Reviews 4. Open to more responsibility so will be given all compliance tasks Malin Maleegrai - last increase 7/289/2024 - Would like to give a *5% increase* 1. Manages highest client load 2. Has good close rate and retention of her clients 3. Has good relationship with HCL and works closely to maintain referral source relationships Jinniefer Castillo - has not had an increase - hired2/5/2024 - Would like to give a *5 % increase* 1. Very hard working - always willing to step up 2. Has good documentation and follow-through with SLA 3. Has a good close rate Venus Hurd Johnson - has not had an increase - hired 7/8/2025 - Would like to give a *5% increase* 1. Showing great potential as a closer. 2. Positive cando attitude that is followed up by action 3. Is still providing support to HCL by doing Time Slips at The Clare once a month 4.
